The Lathrop Jr. Spartans Football & Cheer program is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to providing youth the opportunity to participate in an organized and competitive league.

Our mission is to help young athletes build character, sportsmanship, self-confidence, responsibility, and teamwork within a positive and competitive environment. We strive to foster a strong sense of community while creating a structured, safe, and secure setting where every child can grow both athletically and personally.

We are committed to teaching the fundamentals of football and cheerleading in an atmosphere where FUN is earned through hard work, dedication, and attention to detail — principles that lead to success on and off the field.
